No blanket statements about a country. Every claim names the state, province or market it applies to.
Facts re-checked before publication and on a schedule after it, with corrections logged in public.
We label guidance as guidance and never present illustrations or estimates as measured data.
We cover licensed markets where online gambling and its marketing are permitted under local rules. Coverage is informational. It is not a statement that any product may be offered or advertised in a given place, and we do not cover India or other prohibited markets.

As of October 2026, online casino is live in seven US states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Maine has legalised it but has not launched. Our US legal states tracker lists dates, regulators and sources.
Each tracker shows the date it was last checked and a change log, and every row links to the relevant regulator, with secondary sources marked. Our methodology explains the review schedule and how corrections are handled.
Regulations move quickly. Send us a correction, a new ruling or a research suggestion and we will check it against the source.
